Raised: New York City.

Dedicated: 1890.

Location: East side of Slocum Avenue, above Spangler Spring.  It marks the position occupied by the 145th New York Infantry on July 2 & 3, 1863.

Description: Vertical, rectangular monument of Oak Hill granite on a base of Gettysburg granite has an apexed cap and a rough-hewn base. The Corps star insignia is on the upper front face, and a relief of the New York State Seal is just below it.
