One of three divisions in the Sixth Corps, Army of the Potomac.

Commander: Brig. Gen. Horatio G. Wright (March 6, 1820 – July 2, 1899). Connecticut native; USMA 1841. Civil engineer. After the War he was involved in the construction of the Brooklyn Bridge and the Washington Monument.
