One of three brigades in Birney’s Division of the Third Corps.

Commander: Brig. Gen. Charles K. Graham (June 3, 1824 – April 15, 1889). Sailor in the US Navy, later a civil engineer. He was captured at Gettysburg and later exchanged for General Kemper. After the War, he served as surveyor of the port of New York.

Strength: 1,516

Losses: 740; 67 killed, 508 wounded, 165 missing.
