Location: Hancock Avenue near the old Visitor Center entrance off the Emmitsburg Road in Ziegler’s Grove.
Description: Bronze tablet attached to the polished face of a rough hewn granite monolith. Overall height is 7 feet. Similar marker to Corps and Division markers; contracted to Bureau Bros for bronze casting, Van Amringe Granite for monolith. References Park’s establishing law, acreage granted from GBMA, and the names of Commissioners.
