Great Conewago Church

The Great Conewago Presbyterian Church is located on Church Road near Hunterstown, Pennsylvania. The structure was built in 1787, and it has been in continuous use since that time. During the Gettysburg Campaign, the church was used as a field dressing station and hospital by the Confederate army. The nearby cemetery contains graves that pre-date the American Revolution. The interior underwent a restoration in 2002.

The Great Conewago Church is a supplemental site on the Field Hospital Tour of Adams County.
