Location: Wolf Hill. Laid out in 1880, Neill Avenue includes monuments connected with engagements or troop movements associated with 3rd Day Battle. Never completed, intended to ford creek, connect with Colgrove Avenue.
Description: Cast iron avenue tablet designed by E.B. Cope. Mounted on fluted post, overall height is three feet.
