Erected: 1896.
Location: Located at corner of Wheatfield Road and Emmitsburg Road.
Description: One of thirty-five site tablets. Cast iron site tablet was designed by E.B. Cope. Mounted on fluted post, overall height is three feet. Momentous attacks and counterattacks took place in and around the orchard on the afternoon of July 2, 1863. Tablet has been previously fractured and repaired.
