Location: North side of Wright Avenue, West of the Taneytown Road.
Description: Painted inscription tablet, 3’8″x3′. Mounted on fluted post, 4’4″ high. Marks position of Walcott’s Massachusetts US Battery on July 3, 1863. Inscription is as follows:
